In light of the rapidly-changing nature of the Coronavirus(COVID-19) situation, we will keep this page updated with any changes or updates to our business we make to ensure the safety and well-being of our community, customers, and staff.  

Our Cleaning Process:

We are actively sanitizing our store throughout the day, wiping down all high touch areas inside the dealership, bathrooms, and customer areas.   We are using approved disinfectant products to ensure your safety.

Sales Department:

In accordance with NY state's Essential Business status, our sales department is currently able to work with customers remotely or electronically.  If you would like assistance, or information, please call the dealership, and someone will assist you.  Or, browse our inventory on our website, and submit an inquiry, and someone will contact you to assist.  Test drives are not allowed at this time.  Any vehicle returns, or deliveries are allowed at the dealership, by appointment only.  Please know that we are following all recommended guidance for disinfecting our workplace. 

Service Department: 

Our Service Department is designated as an Essential Business, and will remain open for normal business hours Monday - Friday.

We can offer you choice for your service needs.  You can still come into the dealership and wait with us, as the waiting area is being cleaned and sanitized frequently for your protection.  For local customers only, we will come pick up your vehicle, and drop it back off if you'd prefer not to leave your home.  If you'd like to take advantage of our service pick-up and delivery option, please call our service department to make arrangements.
